@DrErkencho I doubt that he would have been quite the same person without the alcohol and tobacco. Of course that's pure conjecture, but it's a noticeable trend among most unique, charismatic, intelligent and creative people of the past century or so that they should have some kind unhealthy habit ( usually heavy drinking and smoking ).
He was a great role-model, despite, or perhaps due to, his imperfections.

This is clearly a farewell. He is saying good bye, with such integrity and such pasion, this man was more than great, he was a role model for human kind (minus the smoking and boose ;)

Mr. Hitchens, is and was the only hope for the freedom of mankind. His broad-mindedness and his life's philosophic perception and insight, was almost GODLY. How will we suffice without him? Who will carry the torch in his name? It's unbearable to see what has happened to him. Although, we have his literature and videos to remember his good works, the void still remains...and shall always remain. There is no replacing the genius of Christopher Hitchens. None whatsoever.

@CuellarDesi This past December, unfortunately.
Hitchens, you will be missed. Although you are no longer living, your words and works are immortal.
