take your communist controlling ideaologies somewhere else - we dont need a nanny state telling us what to eat, if the govt. keeps going down this road, its only a matter of time before there is a new American revolution that will happen and finally take this country back from these marxcist control-freaks and all the zombies n puppets that support them

"Positive progression" You mean no meat at all? Sorry but if eating meat is wrong, I don't wanna be right. You know those pointing teeth in your mouth? Their called canines, and they are their for shredding meat. Face it your a carnivore and if you don't like you might as well get them pulled.

Last time I checked we live in free country, well at least I do, maybe you like giving up liberties and living in a nanny state...regardless we live in free country, were we are allowed to smoke and drink and do a number of other things that are deemed "unhealthy". The point is, it is NEVER ok to judge a person because of their lifestyle choices.

Cut out meat every day. Monday is a good starting point, but ultimately what does it matter how much meat the USDA recommends in its own favor? For the first time, the USDA just came out with a fact sheet admitting that vegetarian diets can be perfectly healthy. Better late than never. Don't forget compassion for our fellow animals. It's really not that hard to stop eating them if you truly believe it's the right thing to do. People only give up because they never believed in the first place.
