Honda recalling nearly one million cars

Honda is to recall 960,000 of its Fit small car - known as the Jazz in some markets - as well as some other models.




The Japanese carmaker said it has to repair a number of problems including malfunctioning power window controls on vehicles made between October 2005 and October 2009.




Honda will not say how much it is going to cost; it did confirm that no accidents have been reported due to the defects.




Most of the models being recalled were sold in Japan, China and other Asian countries....
