Go to android saga and start from the beggining of the cell games. use dragon dashes to break the ring and inside should be 1 dragon ball

@elscotto you do get 3 wishes in namek but there things that are easier to get if you whant somethig like equipment slots+4 title tenkaichi or something like that go to earth

I know an easier way.When you fight Tao in One of the cities.Go there and fight,and keep crashing in the buldings and you will find one.Keep fighting over and over until you get 7.PS City Ruins ALWAYS has a Dragonball
