I know there area gazillion quakersbut thisguy has the same what are you doing as my adopted out Teebird his other vocalizations andtones are identical Did you buy a young bird and hand feed him,,or did you adopt or buy adult? I adopted out when family blew up here in Central New York Do you live near Utica?

when he bites at your fingers, it is because he's sensitive to fingers being put in his face. lots of quakers are like this. I found something that works really well instead, just put your fingers together and offer the balk of your hand to him (palm down) instead, I've found that quakers are less scared of wrists and closed fingers than they are of individual fingers themselves, especially fast moving fingers.
