Perhaps what you meant to say was - camps to convince them to hold your views because you consider only your own views to be valid. What international body made up this universal law (which I assure you does not actually exist)? The sheer number of indigenous groups who want independence is staggering. What proportion of these groups have actually achieved independent states? What proportion of these groups have engaged in terrorism against civilian targets - or in any form of violence *at all*?
