i dont think death penalty should is good enough they should do wat they do in iran torture for few weeks when hes just about to die then hang him in public so others can see and think twice about comitting a crime, just like they did to Mohammad Bijeh who killed and raped young boys in iran. this is the only way foward in life for people like this.
