Outstanding cigar in a class of it's own. Reminds me of the recently introduced CAO Vision Churchill. Most comparable to the finest cigars out there. Start and finish is exceedingly smooth, but yet gives a full-pull. Subtle earthy, cocoa tones round out the cigar. Price is around $25 each for the Churchill. I would classify it as a celebration cigar - best paired with an excellent champagne or cognac.
What about a flavor profile? I've had a few Davidoffs, and personally I think they're a bit overpriced. I haven't had a Millenium yet, but I've yet to smoke a Davidoff that compared flavort wise to a Padron 1964 Maduro.

Davidoff's are excellent smokes. May I humbly recommend a LE 08, or 09 which are far more complex smoke than the millenium. Although I have to disagree with you on your beverage choice. A fine bourbon like Blanton's or a great rum like Flor de Cana complements these smokes rather well. The best Davidoff was the 100th anniversary Diademas Finas. If you enjoy Davidoff you should try Limited Edition AVO Cigars which are in a league of their own. Enjoy yourself!
