Yes, definitely do a raw paté, it will help with the cravings for bread, starch and heavier food.

I love your comments and advice!!! Its funny, I've been thinking of not weighing myself every week, infact I decided the next weigh-in would be not this friday, but the friday after. The weigh in seems to be giving me anxiety and self sabotage as well!! I will follow your list advice as well, great idea and I need something to keep me out of the refrigerator on the weekends!

Eat more fruit and leafy greens during the week.
Your body is craving calories from not enough fruit. Fat foods have lots of calories! Not enough tender greens (they are mineral abundant) causes cravings too.
Fat foods are very slow to process, so you tend to put on fat when you consume them.
Eating LOTS of fruit has the calories and gives you the energy as well. It is also satisfying so you eat less overall calories.

Thank you for the advice!!!! I eat tones of fruit, more so than the seeds & nuts, but recently over the weekends I find myself craving something heavier-- I think if I up my green even more, that will help balance me out.

yea, you should really weigh yourself on saturday and let sunday be a fresh new day because it is the beginning of a calendar week. that should keep you going all week and weekend. also it might help to reach for the fruit instead of the honey, crackers and such. that's what helps for me ;)

For the time being I'm taking a little break from my scale-- but maybe a Saturday weigh in will be better on my spirit and keep me on track on the weekends, rather than Sunday or Monday weigh in. And yes, I totally agree that water rich foods like fruit and veg are way better option than the honey and tahini!!!

I had another thought :-)
You are doing loads of exercise, muscle weighs more than fat - it's more than possible that you are loosing inches and remaining the same weight.
When I used to do a lot of exercise, I weighed more but looked thinner. So this might be what's happening for you. Very possible.

I still don't fit into my clothes!! Yes the exercise is toning me up, but I still have quite a bit of poundage to release!! It'll come off, (when its ready!!)
