this poor csr is trying so hard 2 help this ungrateful customer,its always funny when its happening 2 the other guy until it happens 2 us then we want the whole world 2 care and the saga continues.....
this is not funny,CSR work very hard in these call centers they have 2 maintain a average call time as well as satisfy the customer as well as upgrade the customer as well,if this rep was maintaining a 6 minute call average during this shift this call would of killed the average,he is giving the CSR The wrong number,I wonder if the caller could of done any better if the situation was reversed.....
