Man, talk about a classic. I have always loved the Minneapolis Sound. If only i could get tracks from "The Girls". So hard to find, anyway, Andre, Prince, Morris, Jesse Johnson, The Time, Alexander Oneal, Vanity (Apollonia 6) and the list goes on. Those were the days..............

But prince writes, promotes, arrange, compose, produce, directs, the kid is a a MONSTER! but what happen this this played out jerry curl chump? he's still caught up still stuck in that style. @BoriquaRikan1227 my friend if you knew your history you would find out that prince copied this guys style , prince was in his band called grand central . he helped start prince start out back in the day . they had an agreement back in the day for him to help out in prince's group the revolution intil he got established , once he did he left the revolution to do his own thing . this guy just never got as big as prince did

You know I saw a recent interview with this guy and couldn't believe he was a band member of Princes. One of the first.. if not the first! And I see down below, one of the posts, someone commented on him being the one to give Minneapolis a new sound. No doubt him and Prince knew what they were doing in the studios. Even this song i just listened to is really impressive.(of course it sounds like the engineers revamped it!lol) I find myself acquiring a new taste in this music & freestyle! '11 ouch
