Actually, it's Galician, not Portuguese. Galician is a language that is extremely related to Portuguese; they both come from the same language that then diverged. It is now mainly spoken in Galicia in Northern Spain. Often the words look exactly the same as the Portuguese word, but they are pronounced more like Spanish.
