i think you just made me realize that i have that problem i eat alot too and its just gotten out of control where i have something and over eat i have 1 pb&j icecream chips cereal ham cheese ect i dont have it all in one sit down but i wont even wait an hour before im eating again i gain weight on and off and have really low selfesteem my mom calls me a fat whale! so im scared to eat and when she isnt around ill stuff my pockets and mouth with food

I have b.e.d. It's hard and I haven't seen a therapist yet and I can't stop. I'm on the verge of over weight and I'm only 12! Please help :(

@purelypink1107 you're making is sound like this isn't so bad what she has now. Binging and compensating isn't easier/better than annorexia in any way.
