  • @BoHoVsGolf Jack is known for a fade but he could shape the ball in both directions whenever he liked. He's gone entire tournaments hitting nothing but draws. In 1966 for example, he won the Masters playing nothing but a draw.

    Also remember that even though he's known for a fade, his ball flight was damn near straight. A fade for Jack only moved about 3 to 5 yards right. A friend of mine played in the 1983 US Open and he watched Jack warm up. Said it was unreal how well Jack could hit it.

  • yea but just the one iron on that hole in '72 is not the only one he ever hit he hit thousands of shots of that caliber... he's known for hitting his low irons high and long and stop it on a dime
