PLEASE READ!!!!
Ok, for those of you that want to know, the Socket on the 360 is different than a PC. But, you can use a K8, or any CPU cooler that allows mounting to 2 Standoff screws. You have to mount the screws diagonally from each other in the CPU mounting holes. You also have to fasten the Standoff screws on the backside of the motherboard with Nuts. The start of my Xbox 360 modding, the disassembly. In upcoming video's I will be putting the 360 motherboard into a Lian Li XB01 case, adding a Blue LED 60mm Case fan, Thermaltake Blue Orb II on the CPU, adding new Thermal grease on both the CPU and GPU, and doing the "X Clamp Mod" on the GPU heatsink.
I can't remember off the top of my head about the power cord, but I am certain it comes with a longer SATA cable for the DVD drive.

on the lian li case is the power cord for the dvd drive still the stock one or do they give you a longer one?

K8, but you have mount it diagonally in the 360, and you have to put the the Standoff screws in the mounting holes on the 360's the motherboard then on the backside you have to fasten them with nuts.

how are you using a blue orb on the cpu?
what socket is the cpu on the mobo?
