call me old fashioned but i like the old ak-47 with the wood and no tactical stuff, i find that its just a waste of money to replace what has worked for quite some time, know what im getting at?

Sure, his reloading technique is interesting, but I think it is better to keep your aim fixed towards the target whilst changing your magazine.

What kind of chest rig is the introduction shooter wearing from 0-1:15? Is that some sort of dump pouch he has 2-3 mags in on his left side?
