@pjicleanair420 I am not a supporter of violence or of citizens having to bear arms - HOWEVER, in as much as the situation in South Africa is concerned, I've changed my mind. Our police cannot protect us - so who will? Farmers are getting slaughtered by the THOUSANDS...so what do we do? I'm afraid I am bent towards your point and not from it - and that is very sad indeed when citizens have to protect themselves because of impotent governance.

When I hear The Brady org and WAGV(Women Against Gun Violence) and their ilk I think about this. I don't see them going out to help the homeless. To teach kids how to read.Or trying to get real jobs with real pay to try and curtail some of this.All they do is complain, complain,complain.Evil will always be with us.But if they could say Oh try to make thing better by not trying to ban firearm and help their fellow American.But they wouldn't

That cop at 5:12 said it best. Criminals need to FEAR the LAW ABIDING citizen. Guns are the only thing that make that fear real. Without that fear, law abiding citizens are nothing more than sheep being fed to the wolves.

Say what you want about America, but the sole reason why we have not had ethnic clensing and totalitarian regimes like many other nations around the world is because the citizens are armed. Anytype of gun control should be taken very seriously, because usually after disarming citizens of the right to protect themselves genocide follows.
