  • EXCELLENT!!!

  • I was her biggest fan, her music was really ahead of its time. She's an amazing dancer but i think the dancing distracted you from the great music she made. My favorist video is the one with the two poodles, GENIUS.

  • @TheCabal, People in this generation don't know real music. I have this on cd and blasting in the car!!! Meanwhile the car next to me has some rap song on!

  • this song means more then you can see it means a golden time only we knew

    stop your rotten brain speak

  • Too bad the actual generations don't know about real music.... makes much fun to cruise around with that song ;)

  • I swear this song sounds similar to samantha fox touch me.

  • I strongly agree they shoulda got this song out there cuz this song is sick and this is my first time hearing it.

  • it's a bitch being ahead of your time and ms basil is a creature of her own creation. there's no one else like her. look at her fashion. it evokes mystery and style. i always loved this video more than mickey. i'm a big fan of nancy drew and that's what this video evokes for me. i love the novel jackets in the background and the titles. i like the song's theme: romance isn't worth a damn unless you get in over your head and walk the razor's edge. i love to hear her critique songs on vh1

  • Great freakin' dancer

  • Hola, willcand and saintben and everyone here.

Couldn't agree with you more about what a great work of art "Over My head" is.

This one really shows what "Mickey" was all about—juvenile, sugary, and headed for the kindergartens of the day.

Toni absolutely nailed it with "Over My Head." Her A&R team simply didn't know how to market/position such a beautiful song.
