As for the 'double negative' in the song, cruz292 comments seems to be most applicable:
" "no evil" = no form of evil. therefore it would not be considered as a double negative in such a case"

Prayer of Jabez.....a lot of people think it more of material increase but Yahweh will not give you that which will draw you away from HIM. what's your territory? Jabez was born in pain and he knew nothing but pain all his life so He asked Yahweh's hand to be on Him to keep him from harm so that he could be pain free and to enlarge his territory, his portion.

God want to give us this increase and he want to bless us indeed .He says in Jeremiah i know the thoughts i think towards you ,thoughts of good and not of evil to give us an expected end .Some times the only thing in our way of our increase is ourselves while God is saying i have provided the way of increase just get off your Lorelle and go in faith and take it.
