just farm souls ( until 20000 ) buy the speacial key at the blacksmith, go open the huge door near this area and farm even more souls! there's a vid and youtube and i think that someone already told you about it.

this isn't true! tha stora's straigt sword is in the valley of drakes, guarding by the undead dragon.

You only need the master key to open the gate and when you get near the dragon, he wake up and kill you in one hit, but first you can pick up the sword! I get it just when I was transported in firelink shrine in the beginning of the game...

@mattiafr88 if you are in your first NG the only option is the Drake Sword... you only get Astora's sword later...

Man, stop using the drake sword!

Only 200 damage (300 when fuly upgrated), and don't have bonus for any stats!

I'm always use the Astora's straigh tsword +5 or the much better Balck knight sword +5. Use one of these swords and you will die less!

Wow that Claymore really is terrible! Think I'll stick with the drake sword & try to upgrade it

Not hating. But I prefer the solo musings of Steve. I feel Ben (despite his RPG wordliness) has a gnarly quality which disrupts the considerations.
