I love pole dancing and burlesque. I do not own a pole I do not think you can "invert" (go upside down) on poles that do not connect to the ceiling.

im pro pole :) i want one.. ive heard they're amazing work outs.. but just be cautious for the ones that require no bolting... the ones that just stick in place.. because THEY DONT.. i was playing on a friends pole and i went to do the spin and it came crashing down. :) its worth the money to get a more expensive durable one then it is to go cheap and have to pay for stitches :)
