And quite frankly Lewis, if you actually did play the past total war games, you'd know it wouldn't be a 1 on 1 battle because that wouldn't be true to the series.

@Tafftalk your talking crap mate RTW:BI had fake units and so did RTW all total war games use fake units along side a couple real ones and it aint realistic dont compare it to EU or RoN or even HOI they out class it

I love your videos Yogscast, but seriously, never review a Realistic RTS game again, it's not your flavour, for us armchair generals the TW series, along with Making History, Europa Universalis, Rulers of Nations etc, are our kind of game, rather than Minecraft or World of Warcraft.
Besides if you want unrealistic "War trolls" or "hero units", download the Third Age : Total War mod for Medieval II: Total War or the Total War: Warhammar mod for Empire: Total War.
