Stereo Love - Edward Maya & Vika Jigulina - Warmup Fitness Choreography w Bradley

Lately I have been trying to do class warmups more of the right away and have one song of just easy steps to build up the heart rate, and then also a song that has some isolation and toning. I was inspired to do the progressive format for the first song a la Tanya Beardsley in a video i saw. So thats what the first song is. Its a romanian song I believe. Anyway, step by step with 8 counts I introduce a new move. Then after they have it down, i make it 4 counts for each move, then at the end of the song, 2 counts each.

The second song is a reggaeton by alexis y fido called ojos que no ven. I use it here for isolating different muscle groups like the calf muscles, the quads, the olbiques...

I LOVE that your kids are jamming with you! But as a fellow instructor, I do want to point out that you don't want to raise your arms overhead until about 5 minutes in because it's easier on the HR. Keep up the great work! I really enjoy checking out your material. :)
