The film was produced over the course of two years. Kate Blewett, Brian Woods and Peter Woolrich all pretended to work in the orphanages that would be the focus of the film. They found evidence that very young children were deliberately neglected and allowed to die in agonizing ways. The three naturally became distressed, but nonetheless completed the film

If I had been in that room with that child no man, no authority and no law would have stopped me finding a way to try and get her out of there. I may have failed but I would have frigging tried.  Oh and "no you wouldn't have twats" don't really know me and what I have already done in my life and what I will go on to do to help others - my life is secondary to who needs help.

to help stop this they should sterilize all women after their first born child. that way if something were to happen and they lose their child they would be forced to adopt one of the babies from the orphanage. it sticks to their one child policy and it will help with the number of orphans at the same time.

what kind of people are they? inever find an answer that ,,im so sorry for that sick little angel at the end, even animals nurses other abondaned babies !! animals have more mercy other than this heartless people..

and this is what humans do to frikin each other... i'm so disappointed with the human race. stop having sex if you can't handle the consequences. this makes me sick. poor baby, i wish i could've saved no name :(

@KelticWoman1 Good on YOU. And I feel the same way. Even if I had to bundle her up in my coat to smuggle her out. There must have been some hospital that would help give care to her to bring her back to health. Or at the very least so that she could die in clean and comfortable conditions knowing the feeling of being loved and cared for, supposing that she was too ill to survive. How a human can treat another human with such callousness is beyond me.

@Smash88ish Yes people suffer all over the world. . . God never promised a day on Earth without suffering, Jesus said to take up your cross. Where theres most suffering Christianity always seems to bloom. Most of England are atheist, this I know. Why are they sitting pretty? I never said God causes suffering because your atheist. You need to read the comment I replied to. The person asked where is God? So I answered them, God never left China, China left God and God wants back in.

@KelticWoman1 I totally agree and would have done the same thing. How could they have seen that and just let it happen??? If heads had to roll that baby would have been out of there. Whether it would have been in time to save her who knows. Then I would fight for something to be done for all of them.
