He totally looks like the villain in the original Die Hard. He sounds just like him lol. Watching Die Hard now and just thought of this scene lol

The doctor's real name is Torsten Voges. He's German and 6'11" tall and played the tall women who's head you never see in "Deuce Bigalow".
His appearance combined with his German accent (which can also seem similar to Swedish or Norwegian) make up a typical Germanic stereotype.
I laughed so hard watching this the first time.

Swedish accent does not sound like that though. The doctor has more of a german accent.
