  • Maybe: Use basic laws and numerical methods or use other approximation. I can't help more.

  • Hi, one doubt.. what happens if the plates are not infinitely large and also if i move the ground plate in Y direction (x direction being along d)... upyo a point where the plates are not overlapping at all ( but a very small separation in y)... is it that only fringe field plays part.. if so, how do i then calculate the capacitance..?
