    But then again, there is an emulator called SNES9X and it sounds just like the SNES. But yeah I seriously doubt he's using an emulator.

    A TAS means Tool Assisted Speedrun, this means the run could have been slowed down to have perfect precision. The runner in this film does not use tools or slow down the game, what you see is true skill.
