Stories From The Trapline

This is some old footage I reedited of my dad and I checking traps. I'm guessing this was the mid to late 90s and I was behind the camera in the field. I don't get to do too much of this anymore but usualy manage to get a small trapline out every year. Fur prices are nill and it's hardly worth the gas money but nothing beats the anticipation of creeping up on that next water or dirt hole set to see something has made it's way into your set. Support trapping and keep the tradition alive.

Guess I'd rather smell animals then meth. Before you rip up your bathroom floor stupid, count the squares and notice a pattern. Your contractor was a hack, thats all. It's evident throughout. @MaxPower30au Ahhhhh Denial.......the halfway point between ignorance and self destruction. The generations before you understood but the bulb burned out with you.  We are natures conservationists and caretakers and through management, education, science and self reliance will continue to help this cause wether you're intelligent enough to comprehend it or not. I really like the video, nice work. I'm 13 and just started trapping myself. So far this season ive gotten my first fox, raccooon, and beaver. Keep on the tradition it's much better than Xbox and all the new things these days.
