Kenpo-X and recovering from being sick. Some good stuff and some major changes in my life. Also finally reached 201.6. Official loss of 10 pounds exactly.

  • Hey! Enjoy your recovery week. Even if you might miss the extreme workouts a little bit these seven days are critical for your body recovery and muscle rebuilt.

    And 190 pounds is a reasonable goal. I think you can do that by day 90. Just continue doing the same thing, and I'm sure you will lose that fat (...and not the muscle!).
