we have understood the radiative properties of atmospheric gases since the 50s when they were comprehensively studied by the defense department in development of heat seeking missiles. Those missiles work. So do things like CO2 lasers, which are widely in use. The science also explains glacial periods.

If you deny modern physics, you have a very high bar to get over, to explain all we know with a new theory - but there is a nobel prize waiting for you. We await your publication.

cont.. mean that the claim of man-made climate change is true. The entire thing is a scam to lure the nations into a globalized system of governance based on planetary resources and quack-science, AND a single world currency. That is naive thinking. Corporations increase prices as costs rise. Simple business basics. Where does the increased price make its impact? The wallet of the consumer and citizen. Corporations are the ones who would pay more taxes. Also, developing countries are ALREADY getting aid for development through the UN so they can burn oil to develop--WE in the developed world should be cutting back, and most are, just in America the empire won't allow it. That's because we control the mid-east oil again which gives us tremendous geo-political power as long as the world is dependent on oil. That's the real con: oil companies and the US gov are institutionally bound to oil.
