Lush - Ocean (Live at The Dome)

This is from a compilation repeat called Return To The Dome broadcast on either the 14th, 15th or 16th January 1992 to promote their newly released album Spooky (after originally being broadcast as part of Friday At The Dome the previous year to promote their Black Spring E.P).

Unfortunately the tape (along with all my others) was stored in a damp flat for 11 years. I was surprised how well it played under a layer of mould.

Ms. Berenyi wore that outfit onstage at The Roxy on Sunset when I saw them with Ride back in April 1991. I remember it very well, thoughI always found Ms. Anderson to be far more alluring. Loudest concert EVER -- if I suffer from any hearing loss, it's their fault, but I forgive them.

Miki Berenyi was wearing that outfit when I saw them with Ride at the Roxy on Sunset back in spring of '91 I guess. I remember the shirt was quite a distraction!
