The Company

SuccessSystems, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a training and development consulting firm by Sam Lloyd. The company is now operated by Sam Lloyd and Christine Berthelot. Ms. Berthelot is the owner.

Our associates are experienced trainers and coaches who help to broaden our expertise and meet the needs of our clients


The company is based in Boulder, Colorado with associates in several other cities in the United States. Since its founding the company has served clients in 12 countries throughout the world.

Our services are available for all types of organizations and we have worked with virtually all types and sizes of organizations since our founding.

Services & Products

SuccessSystems, Inc. provides consulting related to the training and development needs of all types and sizes of organizations. We provide a number of standard training programs which can be conducted as in-house programs. We also design and conduct programs to meet specific needs or training objectives.

Another service provided by SuccessSystems is Personal Coaching. Many of the most successful people in all fields have a personal coach to help them continue to improve, build on their strengths and develop new skills. We also are certified mediators and facilitators of restorative processes. Mediation can help resolve ongoing conflicts and break stalemates in negotiations of all kinds. Mediation is a process of helping to resolve disputes by facilitating more effective communication among the parties. Restorative processes can be very valuable for engaging people who have been in conflict in facilitated communication to identify harms, repair damaged relationships and identify actions needed to improve future interactions. The principals of SuccessSystems have authored several popular self-instructional Books for individual learning or for brief internal training use. An Audio Learning Program is also available for those who learn best by listening rather than reading. For details see below!
