Mike Mangini is a better musician. Thomas Lang is too stiff. That is why Mike was a head professor at Berklee and Thomas does clinics. Not disregarding Thomas BUT just saying...

@HumanOnFire Sounds like it....but I also think he's saying..."it's extremely hard to become a successful session player" but then again...there's different markets and different music scenes!
Do you want to be rich and have a pool and Benz? or want to play drums and pay your bills? Sounds like Thomas wanted the money....
I know he's a legend but I don't agree with much of what he say to say....
