Bin men fail!

Due to the snow the Dustbin had not been emptied for a Month! Today it should have been emptied but instead for some totally unknown reason they chose to completely ignore the fact that my bin even existed! I could see it, the camera could see it why coundnt the bin men see it. I went outside checked it and shouted them but it seems I too was invisible! I went inside to ring the council but it was answer phone telling me they were shut! It would be funny except I have a months worth of rubbish and all Christmas stuff yet to throw away!
