Want an ab defining plank exercise? We got you. But be prepared to feel it tomorrow! Try doing three sets—holding each balance for 30 to 60 seconds—1 to 3 times a week.   • Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • her body position is quite wrong..her butt shouldn't be that high up. i do like the idea though and my best plank ever is 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
