well if the dough deflated when he cut it with scissors the dough would be no good and even if he did not cut it with scissors the rolls will come out of the oven flat and well then it will be a flat roll lol nahh i think its called bread improver or bread concentrate that is added to the dough while mixing so the dough is much stronger maybe maybe not maybe the poster of the video can confirm this :D
baking bread is one of the most satisfying things a person can do.

i mean it'd be fun to play with a ball of dough...cuz u know how it's like squishy and stuff...it'd be fun. id like to play with it like id like to play with a bucket of flour, you know?
