@Thefinalfall but..if he wasn't speeding, he would have had time to assess (drive defensively) the other drivers and stop in time to avoid hitting the one who turned from the middle of the lane. The cause of the accident was the speeding...the effect was him hitting the other driver/accident. just like bad weather doesn't cause accidents, its the drivers who fail to take the weather into consideration when driving in hazardous conditions.
