A sneak peak at the upcoming Halo Custom Edition map, Halo 3's The Pit. All Content is completely custom and created from scratch. Nothing from the actual game was used, besides the layout obviously. The goal of this project was to recreate the level The Pit from Halo 3 as accurately as possible, down to the oil spills on the floor, with nothing to help but looking at my TV while playing Halo 3. Thus far has been rather successful. Remember, this is just a preview, not all the scenery has been created yet, lightmaps and shaders are not final and this games rendering engine is old so some errors we have no control over. Brought to you by Zteam.

why is it that whenever somebody makes a very cool map they don't release it to public, well yes of course they need to apply the finishing touches to it but they don't have to make it take forever! they just have to apply halo 3 weapons and effects and bipeds and vehicles and extras to finish it. P.S. cn't wait for the release.

oh god, fucking nice i love that map in halo3 and i'm happy that somebody makes a SOOO GOOD remake of it for halo ce! now can i play my favorite halo3 map on lan parties with my friends in ctf mode! fuckking awesome! plz release it soon!
