  • What kind of light stand are you using ? Do you have any recommendation for a good cheap lightstand ?

  • @AzureDD I use manfrotto stands , they are on expensive side but last long time and take abuse well.

  • are these light bulbs clear or frosted??

  • @woodfern these are frosted

  • Did I hear correctly 150 or 160watt bulbs in each clamp lamp?

seems you could use a thinner paper and get away with less light.

  • @ne5b yes you are correct. but thinner paper would have a hot spot and produce harder light / different look, but will work fine too....

  • @djshadowpain Honestly dude you dont know shit. Models would go if it was for money or not. some models go to build there portfolios. and you dont even know what ghetto is.

  • Im a biggener and i feel this is still wrong..

  • white balance is always off?

  • A wireless mic would make your video a lot better. Good luck.

  • product photography ...you rule ....model photography .....you do not

  • Good work. I especially liked how you gave orders to the model in a friendly yet professional manner. Do ignore the nasty comments. They're not photographers. :)

  • This is definitely a ghetto setup, but it will work, but just to get by. Honestly tho, if you are going to shoot a "model" presumably "hired", I don't think anyone would bring her into this ghetto setup, unless you pay her with peanuts. Another con is that, with those bulbs (nowadays spose u can get cooler lights with lower wattage), the room would be hot as heck in a very short time.
