@plypayj3 Harsh opinion, though as you say, everyone's entitled to one. I listened to the Michelle Darkness cover, and I was confused to hear a male vocal for the first verse/chorus. But then Michelle came in; if we were comparing the voices between Emma and Michelle, then to me Emma wins hands down. Her timbre is so warm and complex, while Michelle is very reedy, direct, and melodramatic in how she uses vocal embellishments. It just sounds to me like Emma has a superior voice.
