  • Do you use the two jugs each time that you do a side, or only on the first side?

    Thanks

  • @flipwiggins Just the first side. On rare occasion I'll use the jugs on other sides when doing oversized screens or screens without spreader bars.

  • How to install window plungers?

On window screen to hold window in place.

  • @Disisions You can buy a plunger latch step drill bit from C.R. Laurence.

  • @kshelley1031 K, let's keep this to ourselves, there is nothing wrong with letting others struggle, as long as they are happy.

  • I find it odd that none of these videos on youtube talk about how to screen these without bowing the frame.. I've been screening pools for ten years and these windows piss me off. They bow no matter what unless you make them loose

  • Where can I purchase a jig for my bench?

  • Very good tips! Thank you!

  • What an excellent help! Very informative. Many thanks!

  • I had a question...do you use 4 seperate pieces of spline, 1 for each side? Or do you try to use as long of a piece of spline as possible? I had always tried to use 1 long piece of spline to cover all 4 sides (easier to take off when it needs to be replaced again), but I don't think it's possible to do that using your method of doing opposite ends (which I do like your method better). Thanks for the rescreening tips!

  • Tips on doing a 96" tall x 36" wide screen door? dog slammed into it twice and it's ruined... can bend frame back fine but need to redo the whole screen... I get the idea but wondering if you have any tips for doing one that big?

  • Great tips Thank You. I think doing opposite ends first will help.

  • I NEVER USE THE JUGS TAKES WAY TO MUCH TIME I USE MY HAND WHEN I ROLL MY SPLINE IN I KEEP ALITTLE PRESSURE ON THE SCREEN RIGHT BESIDE MY ROLLER.
