He is realtor and looks at low offers as raining on his parade. An offer is an offer, it can accepted or rejected. Feelings is the owners problem. I can understand how they may feel. But it s business. Accept or reject.

this is the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever heard. Its a business. All is fair when it comes to business. No one cares about feelings. Realtors are only interested in a higher selling price so they get a bigger commission.

I really dont care what the seller thinks nor should any buyer. Im not planning on dating them or hanging out with them in the future. The home I live in today the seller rejected my initial offer. It sat on the market awhile and then I came back with an ever lower offeragainst the advise of my RE agent. The seller will see your offer as an insultWell the seller accepted my offer and I got the house I wanted at the price I wanted!
