Mine sounds a littel different... . At what time do you change the cord? Do you play the whole strumming for each cord or do you change after the mute to he next cord?

After every end of the chord progression...
D "Pause" U, D"mute while strumming", U , D, U while changing chords and begin with a Down stroke if that helps...
