Unless you are just trying to fatigue yourself, get your heart rate up, or simply messing around, there is no elbow strength reason to press the bar over your head with a Supinated grip.
Supinators are Elbow flexors, not arm extensors.
But then again I don't know why you did it.

I'm experimenting with lots of random stuff all the time, and that's been my training style for the longest time.
I don't know about everything you've just stated, but i can tell you one thing for certain: that exercise has allowed me to develop some deadly upper cuts.
