This is my (1mpaler) first video that I recorded using Debut screen capture software. (This is FREE btw.) It teaches the basic strategy playing low stakes, 6 handed cash game. I didn't explain much of the logic behind the play, but if you are interested to see more detailed explanation... feel free to leave me a comment, and I will record more videos with how's and why's......

Thank you for watching.

  • i dont understand why is position important? all I try to do is hit something on a flop and try to figure out what my opponents have, and i dont pay too much for a hand which isnt worth it preflop, and I go with many hands for big blind amount, better hands for a raise preflop, if theres alot of raising preflop, i fold alot, if theres not alot of raising preflop, i go in more often, try to hit something on flop, play with strategy of 'better be safe than sorry', what am I doing wrong?

  • @Zee96969696 What you are doing wrong is not understanding the online poker. It's my understanding that you are playing online just like armature players play live 1/2 game. Your style is a recipe for disaster. Go to onlineholdemtools(DOT)com, request me as a coach, and I will explain everything in details. Good luck.

  • If we do not think we can get called by worse when we bet, then we check! Why is that? So he can make mistakes and you can gain more value of out the hand! By betting when we have the best hand and we dont think we can get called by worse, that makes him play perfect against us by folding! We want them to make mistakes, not play perfect :) It is a very important concept to understand in poker!

  • I noticed 1 hand where you are in the SB with 8-9O and you flopped 2 pairs, which is great. I want to ask you why do you bet out?

Yes there is a flush draw and a King on board. The chance of him having a flush draw is not very big. If he had a king with a good kicker he would have raised pre-flop! So no need to worry about the King in this hand. So now, we only bet for value when we think we can get called by worse. To be continued >>>

  • also im not sure if you made the best play with AK suited.... hes short stacked and is only going to call your shove with AK as well or a better hand... I would recommend a 3-bet to get maximum value.. If he has a more marginal hand and hits something on the flop you still have outs against him with over cards or potential flush draws etc

  • Want to comment on one of your mistakes, QQ preflop ok, flop bet-you might use pot controll, just to know where are you standing,(lets say u want to took the pot right away or squeeze cuz its multiway),bet 0,80$, u get a call from short stack (whose range shouldn't be that wide) and thats the bad sign for u (I believe), most of the time he would be commited, but you decide that your ladies are good n shoot 2nd barrel ( ! it was 0,70$) pot already 2,75$ n bet smaller than on the flop - weakness!
