@enjoi543 For the most part, yes its stock. It's origionally an s4 but i hav s5 turbo on it and it has an aggressive street port. 3in DP back

If you still can't find the problem, and it is not a tuning issue. Check all the wiring, the S4's seem to have a lot of wiring issues. I'm problems with my S4 TII were similar. Good luck.
