  • A truly amazing work. For those who have read the book, the opera stays true to it and conveys the various spiritual battles, themes and emotions in such a marvelous way. VW was a genius at creating flowing musical lines with much emotion. Delectable.

  • Ah. I love the Entr'acte to Act IV.

  • Is the Entr'acte to Act III the bassoon one or the flute one?

  • I like the Carmen Suites, but I fell asleep during Act III when watching the real thing.
