I remember Uncle Herbert (Herbert M. Dawley) as a small boy. (he is the man with the pipe) He was always telling the best stories. Brilliant humble man that had worked for Pierce Arrow. There is so much he did, you could write a book. Loved his art work too. Thank you for posting this movie. It brings back the Dinosaur stories.

At the weekends we'd go to uncle Jack's house to see his 'special telescope'. "If you pull on it, it'll get bigger" said uncle. As a special treat, I was allowed to get nekkid so he could pretend I was a faun. Good old uncle Jack, I'll never understand why social services took him away.

wtf!? "i tried to persuade joe to remove his clothes and pose like a faun"??!! didn't they use this in broke back mountain? reckon ole mad dick dinnt have no kin folk. nice place though. i knew it, "queer looking instrument".
nice lighting when "the voice" comes in. i thought it was night, but he reaches the cabin in daylight.
oops, looks like the dinosaurs are in part two, can't wait, it's my first time.
