Video of Big Wheel made using elements supplied to make a video for the single of Tori's Big Wheel (As per the competition) Living in the UK, I'm unable to enter the competition but made this video anyway for fun.

Yes, the white tape is for motion tracking. I don't think anyone has utilized it (or removed it for that matter) from any of the videos I have seen here. As time passes, I think we will see better and better videos as people actually spending time on them will start posting their work.

the white crosses are used as markers for tracking the movements of the background (so that the foreground and background move the same way...) I haven't taken a shot at the vid, living in Switzerland I can't officially enter the contest but I might post a vid anyway...

Okay, you have far more expensive video editing tools than I do (I refuse to bend over for Adobe products as I'm not a pro enough to be bothered for $1k a pop). But did even their software not have the ability to nuke the white tape crosses, or did you just not bother? I'm trying to figure out if it's even possible. (What idiot does chroma-key and leaves non-chroma in-frame??)

Actually, the adobe I used came bundled on my laptop when I bought it and it's not expensive to buy at all. As for the white tape crosses, I don't know how to remove them. Then again, they don't really bother me after a while.

I'm sorry, but here you're given this excellent chance to show some CREATIVITY and you have done pretty much nothing. This is good work for an amateur, but this is obviously amateur work.
