I made a tutu for my 18month old daughter it's rainbow colors and it was ADORABLE!!! She responded by saying "Tank lou Mommy!" It was sooo cute i made one for my 3 yr old also.

how did u make it puff out like that.. did u layer the tulle or cut them shorter at the top to stick out.. i made one but i dont really like how it looks... i like yours because its has some what of a round shape --- almost like a flower... please help..thanks!

It just varies... The length of that was 4 inches if I'm not mistaken.
